Sphere Rocket Jobs uses artificial intelligence and recorded interview technology to help participating Hiring Organizations evaluate Candidates for professional opportunities.

Before participating, please review the following information.

1. AI-Assisted Interviewing

Your interview may be conducted by an automated AI interviewer rather than a human recruiter.

The AI interviewer may ask questions about your professional experience, qualifications, technical knowledge, availability, and suitability for different categories of work.

2. Recording and Transcription

Your interview may include the recording of your voice, video image, and spoken responses.

Recordings may be transcribed into text and processed by authorized technology providers acting on behalf of Sphere Rocket or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Assessment and Profiling

Your responses may be analyzed to create summaries, professional assessments, job-related scores, and recommendations.

These outputs are intended to help authorized reviewers and Hiring Organizations assess suitability for available opportunities.

AI results may be imperfect and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

4. Sharing with Hiring Organizations

Relevant interview information, including recordings, transcripts, and assessments, may be made available to authorized businesses evaluating Candidates for potential work opportunities.

Sphere Rocket does not publish interview recordings to the general public as part of the ordinary recruitment process.

5. Hiring Decisions

For third-party opportunities, participating Hiring Organizations make their own final hiring and engagement decisions.

Sphere Rocket's AI system does not enter into employment agreements on behalf of those businesses.

6. Human Review and Corrections

Candidates may request correction of factual inaccuracies in their profile or assessments.

Where required by applicable law, Candidates may also request information about qualifying automated decisions and exercise applicable review rights.

7. Sensitive Information

Candidates should not voluntarily share unnecessary sensitive information, such as medical records, financial account information, political beliefs, or unrelated personal details during interviews.

Separate disclosures and authorizations will be used where legally required for sensitive data or biometric processing.

8. Retention and Withdrawal

Interview recordings and related assessment information will be retained in accordance with Sphere Rocket's published Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

Where processing relies on consent, Candidates may withdraw that consent through the available privacy request process.

Withdrawal may affect the availability of recorded interview features or matching services that depend on the information, but does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

9. Acknowledgment

By selecting the applicable acceptance options, I confirm that:

• I have been informed that the interview will be conducted using AI-assisted technology.
• I understand that the interview will be recorded and transcribed.
• I understand that my responses may be assessed using AI technology.
• I understand that relevant interview information may be shared with authorized Hiring Organizations for recruitment purposes.
• I understand that I may contact Sphere Rocket to exercise applicable privacy rights.
• I have reviewed the Privacy Policy and this notice.

Participation must be supported by the appropriate legal basis for each applicable jurisdiction. Where consent is required, it must be freely given, specific, informed, and recorded in accordance with applicable law.
