2. Build your profile
Add your experience, skills, availability and resume. Photo and intro video are optional.
3. Round 1 AI interview
About 15–20 minutes covering your background, communication and availability.
4. Round 2 AI interview
Unlocks after Round 1. Deeper questions about problem solving, tools and work practices.
5. MatchMaker review
A MatchMaker reviews your profile and interviews. AI does not make the decision, and the AI interviewer is not your employer.
6. Apply and get invited
Apply to roles from independent businesses and BPO companies. The hiring organization sets the terms of any offer. Applying does not guarantee an offer.
