Yes. Candidates who are selected for opportunities and onboarded through Sphere Rocket Hub are required to sign a Platform Agreement with Sphere Rocket VA USA LLC.

This agreement establishes the terms and conditions for accessing and using Sphere Rocket's software, technology, payment facilitation tools, and related platform services.

The agreement also establishes ongoing compliance check-in requirements through Sphere Rocket Hub. Talent may be required to complete a simple 2–3 minute compliance form up to twice per month. These check-ins help Sphere Rocket verify that participating clients are following applicable platform requirements and identify potential compliance concerns.

The Platform Agreement is not an employment agreement. For opportunities with independent third-party businesses, your working relationship, compensation, schedule, and responsibilities are established separately with the business you choose to work with, subject to applicable laws.

These compliance check-ins support platform oversight and do not, by themselves, constitute Sphere Rocket's management or supervision of your day-to-day work.

Signing the Platform Agreement does not, by itself, make Sphere Rocket VA USA LLC your employer.

The business will confirm its offer, working arrangements, and any applicable agreements or onboarding requirements.

You may also receive access to Sphere Rocket Hub, which provides software tools for communication, collaboration, invoicing, and payment facilitation.

As part of Hub onboarding, you will be required to review and accept the Sphere Rocket Platform Agreement.

For independent third-party opportunities, payment responsibilities depend on your arrangement with the actual hiring or contracting business.

Sphere Rocket Hub may facilitate payments through third-party payment providers.
