The Platform assists Candidates in connecting with businesses and organizations seeking professional talent.

2. No Automatic Employment Relationship

Creating an account, completing interviews, receiving recommendations, or being matched with a third-party Hiring Organization does not establish an employment relationship with Sphere Rocket VA USA LLC.

3. Different Types of Opportunities

Opportunities may involve independent contracting, freelance arrangements, permanent employment, temporary assignments, BPO employment, or other lawful working arrangements.

I understand that each opportunity may involve different terms, benefits, legal rights, and obligations.

4. Independent Hiring Decisions

For opportunities offered by third-party Hiring Organizations, the decision to hire, contract with, or otherwise engage me rests with the identified Hiring Organization.

Sphere Rocket may provide screening and matching assistance but does not independently make final hiring decisions for those businesses.

5. Sphere Rocket-Affiliated Employment

Some opportunities may be directly offered by Sphere Rocket or an affiliated BPO company.

Where this occurs, the applicable entity will be identified as the hiring party, and separate terms will govern the relationship.

6. Candidate Information and AI Assessments

I understand that my professional information, interview responses, and relevant assessment records may be processed to support recruitment and matching, as described in the Privacy Policy and separate AI Interview Notice.

7. Compensation and Working Conditions

For third-party engagements, compensation, schedules, job responsibilities, classification, and other working conditions will be established under arrangements with the applicable Hiring Organization or identified contracting entity, subject to applicable law.

8. Sphere Rocket Hub

If I accept an opportunity, I may be invited to use Sphere Rocket Hub, a software platform supporting collaboration, invoicing, payment facilitation, and related services.

Using Sphere Rocket Hub does not, by itself, establish an employment relationship with Sphere Rocket VA USA LLC.

9. Candidate Choice

I may review opportunities and decide whether to pursue or accept them, subject to applicable recruitment procedures and agreements.

I am not guaranteed placement or employment through the Platform.

10. Legal Rights

Nothing in this acknowledgment waives employment, privacy, compensation, or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

I understand that the actual legal nature of a working relationship depends on the circumstances and applicable law, not simply the terminology used by the Platform.
