Sphere Rocket also owns or is affiliated with BPO companies operating in various countries, including the Philippines. These affiliated organizations may independently advertise positions, recruit candidates, and extend employment or contractor offers through the platform.

Opportunities may involve direct employment, BPO employment, independent contractor arrangements, or other lawful working relationships.

For third-party opportunities, the participating hiring organization is responsible for establishing the applicable agreements, compensation, benefits, working arrangements, worker classification, and legal obligations.

For positions offered by Sphere Rocket-affiliated BPO companies, the applicable affiliated organization may serve as the employer or contracting party and assume the responsibilities arising from that relationship.

Registration, assessments, interviews, and applications through Sphere Rocket Jobs do not, by themselves, establish an employment relationship with the platform operator or guarantee an offer.
