1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Sphere Rocket Jobs ("SphereRocketJobs.com," "Sphere Rocket Jobs," the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), an online talent matching and recruitment technology platform owned and operated by Sphere Rocket VA USA LLC ("Sphere Rocket").
The Platform connects individuals seeking professional opportunities ("Candidates" or "Talent") with independent businesses, organizations, business process outsourcing companies ("BPOs"), and other hiring parties ("Hiring Organizations").
By creating an account, submitting an application, participating in an interview, uploading information, applying for opportunities, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you should not create an account or use the Platform.
The Platform is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in the applicable opportunities.
2. Nature of the Platform
Sphere Rocket Jobs is a technology-enabled talent sourcing, screening, and matching platform.
The Platform allows Hiring Organizations to identify, review, evaluate, interview, and connect with individuals who may be suitable for their available work opportunities.
Sphere Rocket may provide services and technology that include:
- Candidate registration and profile creation.
- Collection of resumes, professional qualifications, and work experience.
- AI-assisted and recorded candidate interviews.
- Skills assessments and applicant screening.
- Candidate matching, filtering, and recommendations.
- Job postings and opportunity listings.
- Candidate profile sharing with participating Hiring Organizations.
- Administrative assistance in facilitating introductions and communications.
- Technology supporting onboarding and continued client–talent collaboration.
Sphere Rocket's participation in these activities does not, by itself, establish an employment, staffing, agency, partnership, or independent contractor relationship between Sphere Rocket VA USA LLC and any Candidate.
Sphere Rocket does not guarantee that participation will result in an interview, offer, placement, contract, or employment.
3. Sphere Rocket Is Not the Employer for Third-Party Opportunities
Unless an opportunity expressly identifies Sphere Rocket VA USA LLC or one of its affiliated entities as the actual hiring party, Sphere Rocket VA USA LLC is not the employer, contracting party, direct supervisor, or provider of employment benefits for Candidates connected with third-party Hiring Organizations.
For third-party opportunities:
1. The Hiring Organization independently determines whether to engage a Candidate.
2. The Hiring Organization determines the requirements and qualifications for the position.
3. The Hiring Organization makes final hiring, engagement, and selection decisions.
4. The Hiring Organization and Candidate establish the applicable working arrangement directly or through the expressly identified employing or contracting entity.
5. The applicable parties determine compensation, schedules, responsibilities, benefits, classification, and termination arrangements, subject to applicable law.
Sphere Rocket's ownership or administration of the Platform does not, by itself, create an employer–employee relationship with Candidates using the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits legal responsibilities that cannot lawfully be disclaimed or changes any relationship that applicable law determines exists based on the actual circumstances.
4. Types of Opportunities
The Platform may advertise opportunities involving various employment and contractual arrangements, including:
- Independent contractor engagements.
- Freelance and project-based assignments.
- Part-time and full-time opportunities.
- Temporary or short-term work.
- Permanent employment.
- Direct-hire positions.
- BPO-managed employment.
- Remote, hybrid, and location-specific opportunities.
- Other lawful professional arrangements.
Different opportunities may involve substantially different contractual obligations, compensation structures, benefits, employment protections, and tax requirements.
Candidates should carefully review the identity of the hiring or contracting party and the terms of each opportunity before accepting an offer.
The availability of a particular job classification or arrangement does not establish that the arrangement is legally appropriate in every jurisdiction.
5. Independent Hiring Organizations and Affiliated BPOs
Hiring Organizations may include independent businesses located in the United States and other countries.
Certain opportunities may also be offered by BPO companies or other businesses owned by, affiliated with, or under common ownership with Sphere Rocket.
When an affiliated BPO or Sphere Rocket entity offers an opportunity directly, that entity may act as the employer or contracting party and may have responsibilities associated with that role.
The identity of the actual hiring entity should be disclosed in the applicable job posting, offer, employment agreement, or contractor agreement.
For independently operated third-party opportunities, Sphere Rocket VA USA LLC provides matching and technology services rather than acting as the Candidate's employer.
6. Hiring Decisions and Employer Authority
For opportunities offered by independent third-party Hiring Organizations, final hiring and engagement decisions are made by those Hiring Organizations.
Sphere Rocket personnel, contractors, recruiters, support representatives, and AI screening systems may assist with candidate sourcing, evaluations, assessments, communications, and recommendations.
However, those activities are intended to support the independent Hiring Organization's review and decision-making.
Sphere Rocket's personnel and technology do not have authority to make binding hiring commitments on behalf of third-party Hiring Organizations unless expressly authorized under a separate lawful arrangement.
The Platform may determine whether a Candidate meets its registration, security, verification, or participation requirements. Such Platform eligibility decisions are separate from an organization's final hiring decision.
These limitations do not apply in the same manner when Sphere Rocket or an affiliated entity is itself the identified hiring party.
7. AI Interviews, Assessments, and Candidate Screening
As part of the registration, qualification, and matching process, Candidates may be invited or required to participate in recorded interviews conducted using artificial intelligence or other automated technologies.
These interviews may be used to:
- Collect information about professional experience.
- Evaluate job-related knowledge and skills.
- Review communication and professional qualifications.
- Generate transcripts, summaries, and interview records.
- Produce job-related assessments and suggested matching categories.
- Assist authorized reviewers in identifying potentially suitable Candidates.
AI-generated observations, scores, summaries, or recommendations may contain errors and should not be treated as conclusive determinations of professional ability or suitability.
Sphere Rocket does not represent that AI assessments can independently determine whether a person will succeed in a particular role.
For third-party jobs, Hiring Organizations remain responsible for making their own hiring decisions.
Candidate recordings and AI-generated assessments are subject to the separate AI Interview & Recording Notice and Privacy Policy.
Candidates may request correction of factual inaccuracies and review of qualifying automated decisions where required by applicable law.
8. Candidate Information and Representations
Candidates agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information when using the Platform.
This includes professional experience, work history, qualifications, skills, contact information, and any other information submitted during registration or screening.
Candidates must not:
- Impersonate another individual.
- Submit fabricated credentials or work experience.
- Provide deliberately misleading interview responses.
- Use another person to complete assessments.
- Submit fraudulent identification documents.
- Access another user's account without authorization.
- Use automated tools to interfere with or manipulate Platform assessments.
- Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or deceptive conduct.
Sphere Rocket may restrict, suspend, or terminate Platform access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.
9. Candidate Selection and Engagement
If a Hiring Organization wishes to engage a Candidate, any resulting employment or contractual relationship will be subject to separate agreements between the Candidate and the applicable hiring or contracting entity.
Those agreements may address:
- Compensation and payment schedules.
- Working hours and schedules.
- Job responsibilities.
- Confidentiality.
- Intellectual property.
- Employment or contractor classification.
- Benefits and leave entitlements.
- Performance expectations.
- Termination.
- Applicable labor, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Sphere Rocket's Platform Terms do not replace such agreements.
Candidates should review all agreements carefully before accepting an opportunity.
10. Compensation, Taxes, and Benefits
For third-party opportunities, compensation and payment arrangements are established by the applicable Hiring Organization and Candidate or their identified contracting entities.
Unless Sphere Rocket or its affiliated entity is expressly identified as the hiring party or has separately assumed a payment obligation, Sphere Rocket VA USA LLC does not guarantee payment of wages, professional fees, bonuses, commissions, or other compensation owed by third-party Hiring Organizations.
Where an independent contractor arrangement is legally appropriate, applicable tax and reporting responsibilities are determined by law and the contractual relationship.
Where an employment relationship exists, the responsible employer must comply with applicable wage, benefits, withholding, social contribution, and employment laws.
Nothing in these Terms waives any statutory compensation or employment rights.
11. Background Checks and Verification
Certain Hiring Organizations may request background checks, identity verification, credential checks, reference checks, or other lawful pre-engagement assessments.
Any such checks must be performed in accordance with applicable laws, including applicable notice, authorization, consent, relevance, fairness, and data protection requirements.
Where a separate authorization is legally required, it will be requested through a separate process before the check is conducted.
Agreement to these Terms does not constitute unlimited authorization for background checks or access to criminal, financial, or other sensitive records.
12. Sphere Rocket Hub
Candidates selected for certain opportunities may be invited or required by the Hiring Organization to establish an account on Sphere Rocket Hub, a separate software platform owned by Sphere Rocket VA USA LLC.
Sphere Rocket Hub is designed to provide technology supporting the relationship between Hiring Organizations and their engaged talent.
Available features may include:
- Communication and collaboration tools.
- Work-related documents and resources.
- Training and educational materials.
- Time tracking or activity-related software integrations.
- Invoice creation and submission.
- Payment facilitation.
- Payment history and records.
- Other client–talent collaboration tools.
Sphere Rocket Hub is a software service and is not, merely through its availability or use, the employer, direct supervisor, or manager of talent engaged by independent Hiring Organizations.
Any use of tracking, scheduling, monitoring, or performance-management features by a Hiring Organization is subject to its own legal obligations and the applicable working relationship.
13. Payment Facilitation
Sphere Rocket Hub may provide interfaces through which Hiring Organizations initiate or manage payments to their engaged talent.
Such payment functionality may be supported by third-party payment service providers, including Whop or other providers disclosed at the time of use.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an applicable agreement, Sphere Rocket is not the employer making payroll payments and does not independently guarantee payment obligations owed by Hiring Organizations.
Payment services may be subject to separate terms, verification requirements, processing fees, payout schedules, and restrictions imposed by the payment service provider.
The identity and legal role of the actual payment processor or payment service provider will be disclosed through the applicable payment service terms.
This section does not limit obligations Sphere Rocket may have under applicable payment services laws or any separately assumed contractual commitments.
14. Privacy, Data Storage, and International Sharing
Sphere Rocket collects and processes personal information to operate the Platform, administer candidate accounts, provide screening services, facilitate matching, maintain records, prevent fraud, and support lawful business operations.
Because the Platform operates internationally, candidate information may be processed, stored, accessed, or shared across multiple jurisdictions, including the United States and countries in which Candidates, Hiring Organizations, affiliates, and service providers are located.
Such processing and transfers are subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Candidate information may be shared with participating Hiring Organizations for legitimate recruitment and selection purposes, subject to appropriate controls and applicable legal requirements.
Candidates retain applicable privacy rights, including rights to access, correct, delete, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where relevant, and submit complaints.
15. No Guaranteed Placement or Opportunity
Registration, participation in screening, completion of interviews, or receipt of a favorable assessment does not guarantee employment, placement, compensation, or any particular number of job opportunities.
Sphere Rocket does not warrant that all opportunities posted by third parties will remain available or result in engagement.
Job descriptions, compensation representations, benefits, and working arrangements provided by Hiring Organizations remain subject to confirmation with the applicable Hiring Organization.
16. Candidate Fees
Candidates will be informed before any optional paid service is offered.
Unless separately and lawfully disclosed, registering for an account and participating in standard candidate matching does not create an obligation to pay Sphere Rocket a recruitment or placement fee.
Sphere Rocket does not guarantee that a job listing is genuine merely because it appears on the Platform, although it may implement verification and fraud-prevention measures.
Candidates should report suspicious payment requests or hiring conduct to Platform support.
17. Platform Access and Account Security
Candidates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Sphere Rocket may implement account verification, authentication, monitoring, and security controls.
Candidates must use the Platform only for legitimate professional and recruitment purposes.
Unauthorized scraping, resale of candidate information, interference with security systems, or misuse of another person's personal information is prohibited.
18. Third-Party Conduct and Disputes
Sphere Rocket seeks to facilitate legitimate professional connections but cannot guarantee the conduct, solvency, practices, or performance of every independent Hiring Organization or Candidate.
Disagreements concerning compensation, work performance, employment terms, termination, or other matters arising under a direct working relationship should ordinarily be addressed between the parties to that relationship.
Sphere Rocket may assist with communications, access to Platform records, security matters, or other support where appropriate, without assuming the role of employer or contracting party.
Nothing in this section prevents Candidates from pursuing any remedies or protections available under applicable law.
19. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, branding, design, proprietary systems, and original content, is owned by Sphere Rocket or its licensors.
Candidates retain ownership of their original resumes, work samples, interview responses, and other Candidate-provided content, subject to the rights of third parties.
Candidates grant Sphere Rocket a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for the duration reasonably necessary, to host, store, reproduce, transcribe, analyze, and share submitted content for the disclosed purposes of operating the Platform, conducting assessments, facilitating recruitment, and providing authorized services.
This license does not independently authorize unrelated advertising, public endorsement, or AI model training beyond the purposes specifically disclosed and legally permitted.
20. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis, subject to applicable law.
Sphere Rocket does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free AI assessments, successful placements, or the performance of independent third-party Hiring Organizations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sphere Rocket is not liable for losses solely arising from the independent conduct of third-party Hiring Organizations over which Sphere Rocket has no legal responsibility or control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from Sphere Rocket's own unlawful conduct, privacy violations, fraud, gross negligence, or other non-waivable obligations.
21. Updates to These Terms
Sphere Rocket may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Platform, business operations, technology, legal requirements, or security practices.
Material changes will be communicated through reasonable notice, such as email, an account notification, or a prominent Platform notice.
Where required by law, Sphere Rocket will obtain renewed acknowledgment or consent before implementing a material change affecting a Candidate.
Changes will not retroactively authorize previously collected information to be used for materially different purposes without an appropriate lawful basis.
The most current version will be available at https://sphererocketjobs.com/terms.
22. Governing Law
Subject to non-waivable legal rights and protections applicable to Candidates in their respective jurisdictions, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
Disputes arising directly from Platform use may be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Dallas County, Texas, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This provision does not deprive Candidates of mandatory privacy, labor, consumer, or other protections available under applicable local law.
