Lead Generation Specialist (VA2)Lead Research & List BuildingIdentify and vet leads in target industries (e.g., health/wellness, SaaS, retail) Build, organize, and maintain lists using Active Campaign, Google Sheets, and Sakario Tag leads accurately (cold, warm, follow-up, etc.) Instagram outreachJoin the onboarding or office hours meeting Email OutreachSend 30100 personalized cold emails per day using templates Lightly customize based on lead data Monitor responses and categorize appropriately Notify client of interested leads and update CRM SMS OutreachSend SMS messages to warm/cold leads using pre-approved scripts Follow legal best practices (opt-out, timing, etc.) Keep tone conversational and human Flag replies and interest to client promptly LinkedIn EngagementSend 5 connection requests daily Follow up with a short message and CTA post-connectionEngage with target prospects via likes and comments when relevant Follow-Ups & Appointment SettingExecute follow-up sequences (Day 2, 4, 7, 14) across all channels Schedule discovery calls using google meet/zoom or client's calendar Confirm meetings via Email, SMS, and LinkedIn Detailed task list Experience and Proficiency Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have lead generation experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT Should have CRM Management experience, preferably Active Campaign Should be familiar with these tools, or any other similar tools Asana, Google Suite & Sakario Personality Requirements Detail-oriented Organize Problem solver Responsive Collaborative Independent worker Proactive Emotional Awareness VA Working Hours VA2: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST VA SalaryVA2: $4 and up/hr. -** open for a experienced & corporate-experienced VAs VA CommunicationWork Email Slack VA Commencement DateASAP Final Interview ScheduleVA2: TBC (Waiting for confirmation) Onboarding Call Recording Link
