Social Media Manager (VA2)Manage and publish multiple daily posts across social media platforms Basic video editingRepurposing videos Chop clips and convert it for different platforms like YouTube shorts, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels and stories Adding descriptions and captions on post Graphics and image editing from Canva or similar app for posting Creation and research of contentResearch on trends and market preferences Leverage AI tools to generate content ideas and draft social media posts Managing all social media platforms Social Media ModerationResponding to comments or messages Liking and commenting to sphere of influence Increasing brand awareness Develop an effective Social Media strategy Scheduling posts and creating a content calendar Distribution of marketing materials Experience and ProficiencyGood English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have proven social media management experience as a VA **IMPORTANT Skilled in short-form content creation and video editing (Reels, Shorts); advanced editing is a strong plus Strong working knowledge of AI-driven tools (e.g., for content creation, automation, research) is a plus.
