Social Media Manager (VA2)Content Planning & SchedulingCreate, maintain, and execute content calendars for each brand Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms using SocialPilot (or similar) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of social assets Video Creation & RepurposingEdit and repurpose videos for Reels, Shorts, and other short-form formats using tools like Opus.pro Edit and distribute home tour and event recap videos Repurpose long-form content (webinars, meetings) into bite-sized media for socials Graphic Design & Visual ContentDesign basic graphics using Canva (templates, flyers, social media content) Maintain branding consistency across platforms and brands Social Media & Digital MarketingPost and optimize content on platforms including Google Business Profile and YouTube Promote listings, events, and community content across Meta and Google Ads Analytics & ReportingProvide monthly performance reports for social media and ad campaigns Experience and ProficiencyGood English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have strong social media management experience as a VA **IMPORTANT Should have experience with Opus Pro, or other similar editing softwares Comfortable managing multiple social channels simultaneously Should be proficient in Google Workspace Applications Should be proficient in Canva Personality RequirementsHas initiative Insightful Coachable Creative Proactive Innovative Organized Detail oriented Resourceful Collaborative Communicative Forward-Thinking & Trend-Savvy VA Working Hours VA2: Monday to Friday, flexible working hours, ff.
