Job DescriptionDM Setter (VA1)Lead Generation & Outreach (Compass CRM)Engage with new followers and potential leads through DMs Send pre-written scripts or customized messages to warm leads Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and gathering information CRM Management (Compass CRM)Updating notes and statuses Creating action plans & timelines Transaction managementFulfilling compliance Nurture past leadsAnswer follow-up questions and other queries from past leads Conducting follow-ups Minimal administrative tasks Email management Calendar management Experience and ProficiencyExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have DM Appointment setting experience either from corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT Experience with CRM management, ideally with Compass CRM is a huge plus Personality Requirements (VA1-VA2)Self-started Personable Motivated Organized Detail-oriented Collaborative Communicative VA Working Hours VA1: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)Part-time initially, and could grow into full-time VA SalaryVA1-VA2: $5 and up/hr. -** open for an experienced VAs VA CommunicationWork Email Google Chat VA Commencement DateASAP Final Interview ScheduleVA1: Tuesday, 22nd of July at 10:00 AM EST (9:00 AM CST) Onboarding Call Recording Link
