Job DescriptionInside Sales Agent (VA1)Cold calling (script will be provided)Qualifying leads Set appointments Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sourcesCalls, emails, or texts Managing social media leadsAnswering inquiries to convert leads to appointments Database/CRM Management (Allstate CRM, etc.)Updating notes and statuses Call & nurture past leadsAnswer follow up questions and other queries from past leads Document and share Start-of-Day and End-of-Day reports to ensure transparency and alignment with the team Experience and ProficiencyExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Strong interpersonal skills with a clear and engaging phone demeanor Should have outbound calling and appointment setting experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT Should have database/CRM management experience Personality RequirementsConfident Proactive Goal oriented Organized Detail oriented Resourceful Collaborative Communicative Outgoing VA Working Hours Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM CST (20 hours per week)Part-time initially and could grow into full-time (Performance based) VA Salary$4 and up/hr. -** open for VA experienced and Corporate experienced candidates only VA CommunicationWork Email Facebook Messenger Slack VA Commencement DateASAP Final Interview ScheduleThursday, 24th of July at 9:00 AM CST Onboarding Call Recording Link Notes: **Client might hire 2 VAs during the final interview, if he finds strong candidates.
