• Social Media Manager (VA1)• Podcast Management• Schedule all podcast recordings and guest appearances • Post podcast episodes across all relevant platforms • Tag guests and manage related content • Reach out to potential guests and handle guest communications • Create and maintain SOPs for podcast production and distribution • Social Media Management• Manage and maintain presence across all social media platforms • Schedule and publish posts based on a content calendar • Moderate social channels: respond to messages, comments, and engage with audience • Increase brand awareness through daily interactions and growth strategies • Develop and execute a consistent social media strategy • Research content trends and audience preferences • Content Creation & Design • Design graphics and visuals using Canva or similar tools • Create and edit marketing materials for distribution • Analytics & Communication • Collect and compile weekly impressions/engagement data from all platforms • Assist in creating newsletters and email campaigns (future tasks) • Experience and Proficiency• Good English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have strong social media management experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Proficiency in Social Media AI tools is a strong plus • Personality Requirements• Can bring fresh ideas to the table • Creative • Innovative • Self-starter • Organized • Detail oriented • Proactive • Resourceful • Collaborative • Communicative • Analytical • VA Working Hours • Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM CST (20 hours per week)• Part-time initially and could grow into full-time • VA Salary• $4 and up/hr. -** open for a good mix of talents• Experienced VAs, Corporate-experienced • VA Communication• Work Email • Slack • WhatsApp • VA Commencement Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• Monday, 18th of August at 2:00 PM CST • Onboarding Call Recording Link
