• Social Media Manager (VA1)• Day-to-Day Marketing & Content Tasks• Create engaging social media content (based on brand tone and goals) • Schedule posts across platforms using provided templates • Repurpose Instagram content for email marketing • Edit simple videos for social media use • Email Management & Marketing• Respond to incoming emails professionally and promptly • Conduct email outreach to potential leads or partners • Assist with email marketing campaigns using repurposed IG content • Automation & Systems (GoHighLevel)• Support the setup of automations in GoHighLevel (GHL) • Willing to undergo training for GHL tasks and workflows • Experience and Proficiency • Good English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have social media management experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should have graduated from college or have a degree if non-experienced and is coachable, doing the role **IMPORTANT • Should be well-versed with Canva & AI Tools • Should have basic video editing skills • Experience working with speakers is a huge plus • Experience using Go High Level is a strong plus • Personality Requirements• Self-starter • Detail-oriented • Problem-solver • Responsive • Collaborative • Independent worker • Creative • VA Working Hours • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)• Part-time initially, and could grow into full-time • VA Salary• $3 and up/hr. -** open for a good mix of talents• Experienced VAs, Corporate-experienced, and Diploma/degree holders • VA Communication• Work Email • Slack • WhatsApp • VA Commencement Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• Friday, 22nd of August at 10:00 AM EST (9:00 AM CST) • Onboarding Call Recording Link Notes: **Should have basic video editing skills Experience working with speakers is a huge plus Experience using Go High Level is a strong plus
