• Job Description• CRM Manager (VA2) -Database management - Data entry, organization and cleanup, customization and set up -Creating and executing CRM campaigns -Building workflows to manage customer relationships -Take leadership over team members actions in CRM -Sends offers via offergun, sends text with offer, inputs contact into close, sets task for Outreach VA to give a call -manages realtor follow-up, basic SMS conversations, takes notes, and refers to Manager if necessary, forwards necessary conversations to Outreach VA Experience and Proficiency Close.com • Personality Requirements• Organized • Detail oriented • Proactive • Analytical • Personable • VA Working Hours • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM PST (20 hours per week• • VA Salary• $5 and up/hr. -** Experienced VAs only • VA Communication• Work Email • Slack • Discord • VA Commencement Date• ASAP • Final Interview Schedule• TBC • Onboarding Call Recording Link
