Ministry Admin (Virtual Assistant) Band of Brothers International (BoB) (VA3) BoB+ Membership & Community Admin Manage onboarding flows and member journeys in GoHighLevel (GHL) Maintain tags, pipelines, email/text automations, and campaign updates Schedule and publish the Challenge of the Month content Track engagement using Notion, Google Forms, or GHL dashboards Organize teaching replays, links, and vault resources Workflow & Automation Support Build and troubleshoot workflows inside GoHighLevel Set up automations via Zapier or other tools to connect forms, emails, reminders, etc. Optimize form submissions, follow-ups, and challenge trackers Collaborate with leadership to turn repeat tasks into repeatable systems Marketing & Communications Project Support Help the team stay on track via ClickUp: create/assign tasks, track status, follow up Schedule or support the rollout of email/text campaigns (content provided) Coordinate posting schedules, file sharing, and design delivery (Optional) Assist with basic social media scheduling or formatting General Ministry Operations Schedule Zoom calls, track meeting action items, organize team resources Keep digital folders updated (Google Drive, Notion) Provide light admin support for the free BoB community app (GoKollab) Experience and Proficiency Good English communication skills (written and verbal) 1+ year experience as a VA or Admin (ministry or nonprofit setting is a plus) Fluent in GoHighLevel: campaigns, workflows, tags, forms, and automations Comfortable using Zapier, ClickUp, Notion, and Google Workspace Strong written and verbal communication in English Able to take initiative, manage time well, and work independently Spiritually mature and aligned with biblical Christian values and tone TOOLS: MUST Instagram TikTok CapCut/Canva/Instagram Edit (or other reels editing tool) ADVANTAGE GoHighLevel ManyChat
