Website Developer (VA1) • You have proven experience building and maintaining professional WordPress websites. • You thrive on translating designs into clean, functional, and accessible websites. • Youre proficient with Elementor Pro and understand responsive, mobile-first design. • You can implement technical SEO and integrate analytics/tracking tools without a hitch. • Youre a confident communicator who can work directly with clients and team members. • You manage your time well and can balance multiple projects. • You take pride in delivering high-quality work and catching issues before the client does. Key Responsibilities • Build new WordPress websites from provided designs and copy using Elementor Pro. • Maintain and update existing client websites, ensuring functionality, performance, and security. • Implement website accessibility best practices (WCAG standards). • Perform technical SEO setup including metadata, schema, and speed optimization. • Integrate tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel. • Conduct thorough QA before any launch or update. • Communicate project updates directly to clients and internal stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with the project manager and designer to meet deadlines.
