Go High Level Specialist Responding to customers via email and Slack, and helping them resolve any issues on Go High Level Answering tech-related questions to Go High Level Ensuring data is accurate and up to date so we can make informed decisions as a team Handling tasks in Go High Level Signing people up for new accounts Registering with A2P Adding domain Activating workflows Joining team meetings and taking detailed notes Onboarding new clients into our systems via Zoom Experience and Proficiency Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have expertise in GoHighLevel CRM as a VA **IMPORTANT Proficiency with Google Suite products Knowledge of how to navigate Facebook Business Manager is a plus Has the ability to conduct video Zoom calls with customers Expertise in handling chargebacks and disputes (Stripe) Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to independently find solutions Has a strong work ethic and commitment to team success Attention to detail and accuracy on the first tryMonday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, paid for working hours which they will track.
