Appointment Setter Supervisor • Be available to accept warm transfers from appointment setters with interested homeowners to further qualify and schedule meetings to calendars across multiple markets • Make call backs, follow ups and appointment confirmations to leads via text, phone and email • Correspond with point of contact from each market to delegate appointments and find out what happened after they were scheduled • Activate and deactivate campaigns running in the dialer based on "prime hours" accross markets • Listen to the call recordings and offer praise for whats working and constructive insight for areas of opportunity • Experience managing peers and delegating tasks, with a strong focus on outbound sales and inbound customer service • Experience managing peers and delegating tasks, with a strong focus on outbound sales and inbound customer service Experience and Proficiency • GoHighLevel (GHL) • Familiarity with ReadyMode • Proficiency in Google Suite (G Suite) • Knowledge of Twilio • Bilingual Spanish speaker
