Tax Advisor (VA1) • Client Communication• Draft professional responses to client inquiries and concerns• Via emails & SMS • Handle client onboarding following the SOP • Respond to follow-up questions during onboarding • Tax & Accounting Support• Assist with tax-related client queries to ensure accurate communication • Assist with reviewing marketing and educational materials • Administrative & Team Coordination• Help share appropriate documents with internal team members • Ensure smooth progression of clients through service stages • Draft tax-informed responses on the clients behalf • CRM management (GoHighLevel) (As needed)• Data entry, updating notes, and statuses • Database management (G Suite)• Data entry, updating notes, and statuses Experience and Proficiency • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have admin back-end support experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should have 2 to 4 years of U.S. tax experience, preferably related to real estate, investments, or business taxation for individual taxpayers **IMPORTANT • Should be well-versed in G Suite & Microsoft 365 • Experience in customer service would be ideal • Should have CRM management experience, preferably with Go High Level • Should have experience in using tax filing software • Prefers someone who has experience in tax advisory Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PST Pay: $4 and up/hr. -** open for Experienced & Corporate-experienced VAs only Personality: • Organized • Detail-oriented • Proactive • Resourceful • Inquisitive • Articulate • Independent NOTES: • **Should have 2 to 4 years of U.S. tax experience, preferably related to real estate, investments, or business taxation for individual taxpayers **IMPORTANT • **Kindly provide earlier FI date if there is a healthy pool of candidates prior to original FI • **Candidates who hold an Enrolled Agent (EA) license from the US would be a huge plus • Additional Note from client: 6/16/2025• As for the job requirements, can I add a nice-to-have that they hold an Enrolled Agent (EA) license from the US?
