DM Setter (VA3-VA4) • Responsible for initiating and managing conversations via social media DMs (like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok) with potential leads to qualify them and book them into sales calls or next steps in a sales funnel • Making and Responding to 200+ inbound or outbound messages daily, managing communications effectively to maximize lead conversion. • Represent the brand in a positive way in all communications. • Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. • Team Collaboration • Participate in daily 1pm PST huddles via Zoom and provide end-of-day reports. • Engage in continuous training and development to enhance sales strategies and techniques. • Detailed Task List Experience and Proficiency • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have DM setting experience from a corporate set-up **IMPORTANT • Should have CRM management experience, preferably with Go High Level or Hubspot • Experience in using SegMetrics or any similar software is a huge plus
