Marketing Head (VA3) • Marketing Strategy & Leadership • Develop and manage a digital marketing plan. • Collaborate with team members and freelancers (designers, ad managers, copywriters, video editors). • Participate in marketing and company meetings, contributing ideas. • Lead campaigns for webinars, live events, podcasts, masterminds, and launches. • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, especially in home services. • Go High Level (GHL) Automation & Workflow Management • Build and maintain email and SMS workflows. • Convert Active Campaign automations into GHL. • Create landing pages, event pages, and websites in GHL. • Add new contacts weekly to workflows. • Manage campaign execution for: • Tuesday campaigns • Thursday Live campaigns • Thursday Mastermind campaigns • Friday podcast campaigns • Webinar campaigns • Paid Advertising & Traffic Generation • Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads • Develop YouTube marketing strategies (paid + organic) • Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting, and optimize CPL/ROAS • Content Creation & Copywriting • Write copy for emails, landing pages, and ads. • Collaborate with creative team on graphics, ads, and videos • Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels • Analytics & Reporting • Collect and analyze weekly campaign data (email open/click rates, SMS engagement, ad performance) • Track KPIs: lead flow, conversion rates, CPL, ROAS, engagement • Recommend improvements based on data • Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement • Identify and solve marketing bottlenecks • Improve processes, campaign performance, and tech use • Communicate wins, lessons, and roadblocks to leadership Experience and Proficiency • Good English communication skills (written and verbal) • Familiar with GoHighLevel is a plus Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST
