Payoff Specialist (VA2) Request mortgage or lien payoffs from lenders Verify payoff amounts and dates Review payoff letters for accuracy and completeness Ensure correct party is paid and payment is made on time Update payoff records in the system Communicate with escrow or closing teams regarding payoff status Follow up on missing or delayed payoff statements Archive payoff letters and related documents for compliance Experience and Proficiency (VA1 and VA2) Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have inbound and outbound calling experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT Should have CRM management experience Experience using Salesforce and Compass is a strong plus Experience in mortgages is a strong plus Title Specialist (VA3) Order title reports from title companies Review title reports for issues (liens, ownership inconsistencies, etc.) Coordinate with title companies to clear issues before closing Ensure all title documentation is saved and organized Confirm property is in the correct borrowers name Work with internal teams or legal if title issues arise Track and follow up on outstanding title items Maintain accurate title records in system Experience and Proficiency (VA3) Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have admin back-end support experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT Should have CRM management experience Experience using Salesforce and Compass is a strong plus Experience in mortgages is a strong plus NOTE: Experience using Salesforce and Compass is a strong plus Experience in mortgages is a strong plus Client will be getting 2 VAs in the same round of interview, similar task, different roles Schedule notes: Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST (9:00 AM CST)
