Social Media and Video Editing Virtual Assistant (VA2) Social Media Management: • Develop and schedule content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. • Create posts that are aligned with our brand and target buyer and leasing audiences, ensuring lead generation. Video Editing: • Edit and enhance video footage for social media and property highlights, ensuring the content is engaging and relevant. • Use Veed, Canva, and Gamma to create concise, shareable clips for various platforms. Lead Generation: • Design and manage landing pages to capture leads, focusing on both buyers and renters, with an • emphasis on property sales and leasing. • Execute targeted lead-generation campaigns to drive traffic and capture buyer and leasing leads. Email Marketing & Automation: • Manage email campaigns using Constant Contact, sending newsletters and automated emails to nurture leads. Training & Development: • Must be open to ongoing learning, including adapting to tools and systems that support our lead generation and marketing efforts. Experience and Proficiency Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Basic experience with social media platforms and video editing. Familiarity with lead generation techniques and landing page creation. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines. Open to learning and adapting to new systems as needed. Familiarity with Constant Contact, Google Workspace, and video editing software (Veed, Canva, Gamma) is a plus. Sandra will guide the VA on the tools and processes used, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the right technology to scale the business. Ideal Candidate: We are seeking someone who is flexible and eager to learn. The candidate should be driven to create engaging, high-quality content while supporting the lead generation efforts for buyers, renters, and sellers. They do not need to be familiar with every tool listed, but should be comfortable with the general objectives. If they are unfamiliar with a particular system, they must be open to learning how to use it effectively. We are also open to exploring additional tools that could improve the process, save costs, or enhance the quality of our work.
