Transaction Coordinator (VA1)  CRM management (Brivity) Data entry, updating notes, and statuses Oversee all aspects of buyers/sellers transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement Writing contracts and addenda Send documents for compliance Help with pre-listing presentations and preparing listing packets Schedule listing appointments Assist with comparative market analysis with online property profiles and MLS research Upload listing to MLS and social media Schedule all inspections, cleanings, repairs, photography, lockbox deliveries, buyers showings, and public open houses Upload photos to the incomplete listing Create a listing and attach all forms to the checklist Manage platforms for transactions (Disclosures.io and KW Command) Manage project management tools or software to track and close tasks Coordinate with buyers, agents, attorneys, and lenders, title or escrow Order Preliminary Title if needed Follow up calls or emails and obtain client reviews after the close is complete Experience and Proficiency Good English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have transaction management experience as a VA **IMPORTANT Should have CRM management experience (Brivity is a plus) Experience in doing transaction coordination in the state of California is a huge plus Having some graphics design knowledge is a plus  NOTES from client: TC management, cold call, marketing are 3 key components I m looking for, if the person has all 3, then I can pay $7-8/hr, if only 2 out of 3 component skill set, then $5-6 dollar.
