Tech VA (VA3) Automation & Integration (40%) * Build and manage Zapier automations between CRM, Google Sheets, Simple Talk AI, website forms, Fello, and more * Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks across marketing, lead gen, transaction, and ISA workflows * Troubleshoot broken zaps, duplicate lead issues, tagging failures, etc. * Research new tech on the market Data & CRM Management (30%) * Build and maintain Google Sheets dashboards and real-time tracking reports using formulas, filters, lookups, etc. * Monitor and update tagging systems, smart lists, and workflows in Follow Up Boss * Assist in organizing new lead sources and syncing platforms (e.g., Zillow Flex, PPC, Facebook) * Familiar with building in Go High Level Systems Support & Maintenance (20%) * Set up new tools (Fello, Trainual, campaign systems, etc.) and maintain integrations * Collaborate with leadership to create more efficient digital workflows * Provide quick support for agents and leadership if tech glitches or data issues come up Reporting & Optimization (10%) * Pull weekly/monthly reports for marketing - ISA, agent lead conversion, and lead source tracking * Help analyze where leads are coming from, cost-per-appointment, and whats working best * Possibly more here with building reporting as well Must-Have Skills: * Zapier Expert experience building custom multi-step zaps * Google Sheets Mastery formulas, filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, import ranges, conditional formatting, etc. * Familiarity with Follow Up Boss or another real estate CRM (Sierra, CINC, BoomTown, etc.) * Strong understanding of real estate lead flow, CRM tagging, campaigns, and automations * Able to troubleshoot tech issues quickly and proactively suggest improvements * Clear communication skills especially when explaining tech to non-tech people Bonus Points For: * Experience with Trainual, Dotloop, Realtracs, or Zillow Flex systems * Familiarity with AI tools like Simple Talk or AI voice/text systems * Graphic design or video editing (Looms, Canva, etc.) * Experience working with a high-performing real estate team * Creating a website - mapping that out - we can help with graphics and such as well A Few Things to Know: * We move fast. Youll be expected to work independently but stay in close communication via Slack and Zoom. * Youll be working directly with company leadership (Robbie & Dan) and the ISA/marketing teams as well as Michael for all the spreadsheet auditing and reporting * Your input is valuable we want someone who thinks critically and helps improve our operations, not just checks boxes.
