Payoff Specialist

• Payoff Specialist • Request mortgage or lien payoffs from lenders • Verify payoff amounts and dates • Review payoff letters for accuracy and completeness • Ensure correct party is paid and payment is made on time • Update payoff records in the system • Communicate with escrow or closing teams regarding payoff status • Follow up on missing or delayed payoff statements • Archive payoff letters and related documents for compliance • Experience and Proficiency • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have inbound and outbound calling experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should have CRM management experience • Experience using Salesforce and Compass is a strong plus • Experience in mortgages is a strong plus • Personality Requirements • Self-starter • Detail-oriented • Problem-solver • Responsive • Collaborative • Independent worker
