• Tax Professional (VA1)• Tax Preparation & Filing• Prepare federal and state income tax returns including:• Form 1040 (Individual) • Form 1120 (C Corporation) • Form 1120S (S Corporation) • Form 1065 (Partnership) • Input data accurately from W-2s, 1099s, and other tax forms using Drake Tax software • Manage and organize tax returns and related documents via TaxDome • Process and send tax documents securely through PandaDocs • Assist with electronic filing and ensure proper submission timelines • Accounting & Bookkeeping Support• Categorize and organize financial records for accuracy and compliance • Use QuickBooks for bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and transaction classification • Maintain and update financial data in line with tax preparation needs • Document Management• Upload, organize, and store client files securely in TaxDome or shared drives • Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) to prepare reports, summaries, and client documentation • Track and manage document requests and delivery using standardized templates • Use PandaDocs to send engagement letters, proposals, or e-signature-required forms • Maintain communication logs and status updates in TaxDome • Experience and Proficiency• Good English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have tax support experience either from a corporate set-up as a VA **IMPORTANT • Preferably 3+ years of tax experience, but open to exceptional candidates with less years of experience **IMPORTANT• Should have experience preparing tax returns, including federal income tax filings **IMPORTANT • Proficiency in Drake Tax, QuickBooks, Zoom, TaxDome, Microsoft Office, and PandaDocs is highly preferred, though experience with comparable platforms is also considerable • Personality Requirements• Reliable • Self-starter • Organized • Detail oriented • Proactive • Resourceful • Collaborative • Communicative • VA Working Hours • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM MST• Open to adjusting working hours to accommodate the VAs availability (In the near future) • VA Salary• $5 and up/hr. -** open for VA-experienced talents only • VA Communication• Work Email • MS Teams **Client is willing to pay up to $9/hr. or even more as long he gets an excellent VA
