Digital Marketing Specialist (Real Estate Focus) • SEO (Search Engine Optimization):• Develop and execute SEO strategy to outrank local and national competitors. • Optimize on-page elements (keywords, metadata, content, blog posts). • Build backlinks and manage off-page SEO campaigns. • Monitor rankings and adjust strategy consistently. • PPC (Pay-Per-Click):• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns. • Track ROI and lead conversions. • Adjust bids, targeting, and ad copy for maximum effectiveness. • Website Development & Management:• Create, optimize, and maintain websites (especially Carrot real estate sites). • Ensure sites are fast, mobile-friendly, and optimized for lead generation. • Align design with SEO/PPC strategies. • Lead Generation & Analytics:• Track inbound leads, keyword performance, and traffic sources. • Report weekly/monthly on ROI and campaign progress. • Improve conversion funnels. • Skills & Experience Needed• Deep knowledge of SEO best practices (keywords, backlinking, content marketing). • Proven success with Google Ads (PPC) campaigns. • Experience with Carrot platform and other real estate-focused tools. • Strong web development/WordPress or similar CMS experience.• Analytical skills to track data and adjust strategies. • Bonus: experience with social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Experience and Proficiency • Tools that the VA is familiar with: • Carrot platform • GHL • SEO • PPC • Lead Generation/Direct Mail • Google Ads campaigns • Web development/WordPress or similar CMS experience • Has experience in Soc-media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
