Lead Generation Specialist (VA1)  Making outbound calls (Script will be provided) (LinkPhone) Initial prospecting Help create social media posts (Templates provided) Help in creating landing pages Evaluate/qualify leads Pull organic leads from different sites and sources Geo Farming Text blasting Skip tracing Send email to prospect clients Market Research Conducting research to find new leads (Platforms, marketing resources, etc) Stay up-to-date on industry trends Cold Outreach and Email Marketing Scrape data Create list of contacts CRM management (Compete CRM) Data entry Analyze and report on lead generation performance metrics Get client reviews Securing Online Reviews/Feedback Additional task: Run reports Prepare reports and monitor instructor performance, including class delivery and productivity Experience and Proficiency Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have Lead generation and phone handling experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT Should have graduated from college or have a degree if non-experienced and is coachable, doing the role **IMPORTANT Should have CRM management experience Experience in spreadsheets Interest in dancing is a good to have Human resources background is a strong plus  ET Aligned Collaboration Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST Part-time initially and could grow into full-time  Engagement Compensation: $4 and up/hr. -** open for a good mix of talents Experienced Talents, and Corporate-experienced Talents only  Start Date: ASAP  Personality Requirements: Creative Uplifting Cheerful Friendly Communicative Confident Organized Detail oriented Proactive Resourceful  Engaged Talent Communication Tools: Work Email Link Phone  Note: **Clients Detailed Task List **Client stated she would like to work with a Talent that can speak Spanish if possible that would be a huge plus Schedule notes: Wednesday, 24th of September at 12:00 PM PST (2:00 PM CST)
