Lead Generation Specialist/Appointment Setter Research and build prospect lists using LinkedIn, directories, and scraping tools Conduct cold and warm outreach via LinkedIn and email Qualify leads based on target audience and service alignment Book discovery calls with qualified leads and handle confirmation messaging Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress using Go High Level Execute consistent follow-up sequences for unresponsive leads Submit weekly performance reports and suggest improvements as needed Collect and organize testimonials and online reviews Perform other lead generation or marketing-related tasks as assigned Evaluate/qualify leads Pull organic leads from different sites and sources Farming Text blasting Skip tracing Send email to prospect clients Scrape data Create list of contacts CRM management - Data entry Get client reviews - Securing Online Reviews/Feedback Making outbound calls - Initial prospecting Experience and Proficiency Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation and appointment setting Proven ability to generate leads for service-based businesses or nonprofits Familiarity with tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Slack, Go High Level, Loom, Gmail, and Asana (or similar task management software) Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Basic copywriting or messaging strategy skills to help refine outreach for higher engagement Highly organized, with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and dependable with strong time management Comfortable receiving direction and implementing feedback Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent proven experience Lead Sources You'll Use LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator) Facebook and Instagram Business directories Scraping tools such as Apollo.io or similar Lead lists provided by our internal team Schedule notes: Thursday, 18th of September at 03:00 PM EST (02:00 PM CST)
