Inside Sales Agent (VA1) Inbound/Outbound Call Management (Via GoHighLevel)Cold Calling & Lead EngagementMake outbound cold calls using a provided script to engage potential clients Log all calls, notes, and outcomes for tracking and follow-up Handle inbound phone calls (5-10%), emails, texts, and e-blastsRespond promptly and manage leads effectively, following up with agents if emails or texts are unanswered after 1015 minutes.
