Job DescriptionInside Sales Agent (VA1)Cold calling (script will be provided)Qualifying leads Set appointments Skip trace prospects Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources (Example of Real Estate platforms Zillow, RedFin, or any Real Estate platforms to get leads)Calls, emails, or texts Managing social media leadsAnswering inquiries to convert leads to appointments CRM ManagementUpdating notes and statuses Create spreadsheets with possible prospects Call & nurture past leadsAnswer follow-up questions and other queries from past leads Experience and ProficiencyExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have phone sales experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT Should have CRM management experience, preferably Lofty Should be well-versed with Microsoft 360 Experience in Lead Flow and MLS is a huge plus Personality RequirementsProactive Resourceful Personable Strong Communicator Adaptable Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration HoursMonday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM PST (20 hours per week)Part-time and could grow into full-time (Within 2 months, performance-based) Engagement Compensation$4 and up/hr. -** open for Experienced Talents and Corporate-experienced only Engaged Talent CommunicationWork Email Slack Engaged Talent Commencement DateASAP Final Alignment Session ScheduleTuesday, 7th of October at 12:00 PM PST (2:00 PM CST) Onboarding Call Recording Link Schedule notes: Tuesday, 7th of October at 12:00 PM PST (2:00 PM CST)
