DM Setter (VA2) Engage with leads via Instagram DMs, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. Follow our scripts while adding natural personalization to conversations. Identify qualified prospects and book them into strategy calls on the team calendar. Maintain organized records of conversations in our CRM (GoHighLevel). Hit daily activity goals (e.g., outbound messages sent, conversations started, appointments booked). Provide feedback from conversations to the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and messaging. Attend brief daily team check-ins and weekly training calls. Experience and Proficiency  Strong written communication skills with the ability to connect quickly. Comfortable following scripts while adapting to real conversations. Reliable, consistent, and hungry to hit KPIs daily. Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required). Fast learner with a coachable attitude. Ability to work full-time hours (8 AM 5 PM PST). Stable internet connection and access to a computer/phone for messaging. Tools: Instagram Slack  Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST with a 1 hour lunch)  Pay: $4 and $6/hr. -** open to paying more for a highly experienced candidate  Start Date: ASAP  Personality Requirements: Logical Analytical Thinking Smart Disciplined Passionate Driven Sequential tasks Can build rapport with the client Personable Empathetic Reliable Consistent Fast learner with a coachable attitude.
