Digital Marketing Manager (VA1)CRM Management (GoHigh Level)Update the CRM with the latest client information and interactions Provide customer support and assistance to clients Content Creation for Social MediaDesign engaging and brand-aligned visuals for posts Optimize image dimensions and quality for each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Video Editing (CapCut or Canva)Edit raw footage to create polished, short-form videos Add text, transitions, and royalty-free music to enhance viewer engagement Client Support and DocumentationRespond to client inquiries promptly and professionally Document interactions and updates in the CRM system Experience and ProficiencyGood English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have digital marketing management experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT Should have graduated from college or have a degree if non-experienced and is coachable, doing the role **IMPORTANT Should have CRM management experience, preferably with GoHighLevel Experience in Canva, CapCut, Zapier, or any similar platforms/tools is a strong plus Personality RequirementsOrganized Resourceful Creative / Innovative Team-Oriented Analytical Self starter Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration Hours Monday to Friday, TBC - following CST (20 hours per week)Part-time initially and could grow into full-time within 30 days Engagement Compensation$4 and up/hr. -** open for a good mix of talentsExperienced Talents, Corporate-experienced, and Diploma/degree holders Engaged Talent CommunicationWork Email Engaged Talent Commencement DateASAP Final Alignment Session ScheduleTuesday, 7th of October at 2:00 PM CST Onboarding Call Recording Link
