Social Media Manager (VA2) Managing all social media platforms Social Media Moderation Responding to comments or messages Liking and commenting to sphere of influence Increasing brand awareness Develop an effective Social Media strategy Creation and research of contents Research on trends and market preferences Scheduling post and create a content calendar Distribution of marketing materials Graphics and image editing from Canva or similar app for posting Additional Task Basic video editing Repurposing videos Chop clips and convert it for different platforms like YouTube shorts, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels and stories. Adding descriptions and captions on post Experience and Proficiency Good English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have graduated from college or a degree if non-experienced and is coachable doing the role **IMPORTANT Social media management experience is a huge plus Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM MST May cover a few hours during weekend Pay:$3 and up/hr-** open for good mix of applicants Experienced VAs, Corporate-experienced and Diploma/degree holder Start Date:ASAP Personality Requirements: Detail-oriented Collaborative Communicative Organized Proactive High D Not afraid to ask questions and give suggestions VA Communication Tools: Work Email Slack Schedule notes: Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 9:00 AM CST
