• Job Description• Inside Sales Agent (VA1)• Cold calling (script will be provided)• Qualifying leads • Set appointments • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources (Example of Real Estate platforms Zillow, RedFin or any Real Estate platforms to get leads)• Calls, emails, or texts • Managing social media leads• Answering inquiries to convert leads to appointments • CRM Management• Updating notes and statuses • Call & nurture past leads• Answer follow up questions and other queries from past leads • Experience and Proficiency• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have customer service or phone sales experience, either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should be well versed in Microsoft 360 • Experience in the Architectural Real estate is huge plus • Personality Requirements• Professional • Empathetic • Goal-oriented • Confident • Empathetic • Proactive • Resourceful • Organized • Detail-oriented • Personable • Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM PST• Part time and could grow into full time (within 2 - 3 months) • Engagement Compensation• $4 and up/hr. -** open for a good mix of talents• Experienced, and Corporate-experienced Talents • Engaged Talent Communication• Work Email • WhatsApp • Messenger • Engaged Talent Commencement Date• ASAP • Onboarding Call Recording Link Schedule notes: Monday, 29th of September at 12:00 PM PST (2:00 PM CST)
