• Social Media Manager (VA1)• Managing all social media platforms • Social Media Moderation• Responding to comments or messages • Liking and commenting to sphere of influence • Social media posting, organic engagement + growth. • Increasing brand awareness• Define Brand Identity • Identify Audience & Platforms • Develop an effective Social Media strategy• Creation and research of content • Research on trends and market preferences • Proactive allocation of strategies and trends that impact podcast audience engagement + growth. • Develop and implement W+W SOP for split testing content on Youtube • Split testing YouTube thumbnails + titles (past and present videos) • On-the-fly testing and adjustments to strategy within one hour of video premiers • Researching topics to develop YouTube titles for optimal performance Slack + Asana + email daily communication with the team. • Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices + technologies for continuous audience growth. • Plan content pillars (e.g., educational, entertaining, inspirational, promotional). • Use a mix of formats: Reels, stories, infographics, memes, polls, long-form posts. • Scheduling posts and creating a content calendar• Managing and scheduling creative social media content. • Graphics and image editing from Canva or similar app • Distribution of marketing materials to other team (Example: Graphics or contents for posting) • Additional Task• Basic video editing • Repurposing videos • Chop clips and convert it for different platforms like YouTube shorts, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels and stories • Adding descriptions and captions on post • Measuring the success of all social media campaigns. • 2 emails per week (With Chat GPT 80% Creative output - 20% chat GPT assistance) • Experience and Proficiency• Good English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have Social Media Management experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Experience using Asana and Poppy AI is a huge plus • Experience using Slack is a huge plus • GoHighLevel Exact experience required • Personality Requirements• Proactive • Resourceful • Independent • Detail-Oriented • Personable • Problem Solver • Creative • Strong Communicator • Adaptable • Team-Oriented • Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration Hours• Monday to Friday, 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST • Engagement Compensation• $4 and up/hr. -** open for a good mix of talents• Experienced Talents and Corporate-experienced only • Engaged Talent Communication• Work Email • Slack • Engaged Talent Commencement Date• ASAP • Final Alignment Session Schedule• Tuesday, 21st of October at 11:30 AM CST. • Onboarding Call Recording Link Schedule notes: Wednesday, 29th of October at 9:00 AM CST
