Digital Marketing Specialist Build and manage a content calendar across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Re-purpose video and photo content into reels, carousels, shorts, and posts Create lead magnets, funnels, and landing pages that capture and nurture new prospects Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile for visibility Design and send email campaigns (weekly, daily, and monthly) for buyers, sellers, and agents Run organic and paid campaigns that generate qualified leads Edit and produce video content for social platforms and YouTube Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions What Were Looking For This is not a set it and forget it role. We want someone proactive, creative, and excited to contribute. Communication: Crystal-clear English, written and spoken (no robotic replies)  Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing (real estate experience) = bonus points can be a mix of VA and corporate experience Tech Skills: Canva Pro, FloDesk, Metricool, video editing tools (Opus Clip/CapCut), and CRMs like Follow Up Boss Content Skills: Strong writing for blogs, email campaigns, and social captions SEO Knowledge: Confident in applying SEO to blogs, websites, and posts Mindset: Self-starter, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Coachability: Open to feedback, adaptable, and hungry to grow   ET Aligned Collaboration Hours:Monday to Friday 8:00 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM  ESTEngagement Compensation:$4 to $8/hr. -**open to paying more for a highly experienced candidate  Start Date:ASAP  Personality Requirements: Can overcome objections Personable Inquisitive Empathetic Can build rapport with the client Driven Articulate Proactive Communicative Detail-oriented  Engaged Talent Communication Tools: Work Email Slack Schedule notes: Friday, October 3,2025, at 11:30 AM CST
