• • Inside Sales Agent (VA1)• Cold calling (script will be provided)• Qualifying leads • Set appointments • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources (Zillow)• Calls • Managing social media leads• Answering inquiries to convert leads to appointments • CRM Management (GoHighLevel)• Updating notes and statuses • Call & nurture past leads• Answer follow-up questions and other queries from past leads • Updating files (Google Sheet) • Additional task:• Upload information to Printify • Upload and update E-commerce platform (Etsy) • Client Collaboration• Edit and submit shirt designs for review (Templates and tools provided) • Experience and Proficiency• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Should have phone sales experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT • Should be well-versed in Canva and ChatGPT • Should have Photoshop editing experience • Should have Facebook Business Manager experience • Should have Workflow Automation experience, preferably n8n • Should have E-commerce experience, preferably Etsy • Experience in Section 8 Pro and PropStream is a huge plus • Personality Requirements• Resourceful • Detail-Oriented • Outgoing • Analytical • Creative • Strong Communicator • Adaptable • Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration Hours• Monday to Tuesday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM CST & Wednesday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM CST (20 hours per week)• Part-time and could grow into full-time (Within 2 months) • Engagement Compensation• $4 and up/hr. -** open for Experienced Talents and Corporate-experienced only • Engaged Talent Communication• Work Email • WhatsApp • Facebook Massenger • Engaged Talent Commencement Date• ASAP • Onboarding Call Recording Link AT Notes: 09/17/2025 ** Client needs the Talent to have the following experience: - Should have Facebook Business Manager experience - Should have Workflow Automation experience, preferably n8n - Should have E-commerce experience, preferably Etsy
