Shopify Technician Check for and resolve any site errors or broken links Ensure store speed and performance are optimized Verify orders are syncing properly with payment gateways and apps Test checkout flow including discount codes, shipping rates, and payment processing Update Shopify theme and apps with security patches and bug fixes Monitor and fix inventory syncing issues with supplier apps or fulfillment systems Optimize product listings including images, descriptions, tags, and SEO keywords Review store analytics such as abandoned carts, bounce rates, and top pages Test mobile responsiveness across devices Run a full site audit for speed, SEO, UX, and broken links Update shipping, tax, and payment settings if needed Implement conversion improvements like better product page layout or upsell apps Clean up unused apps and code that slow down the site Troubleshoot and resolve app integrations including email, SMS, loyalty, and reviews Install and configure new apps to support marketing or operations Coordinate with marketing team for pixel and tracking setup such as Facebook, TikTok, and GA4 Experience and Proficiency Good English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have social media management/marketing experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT Should be well-versed in Canva and other editing tools Should have experience in Shopify and Klaviyo **IMPORTANT** Should be well-versed in AI tools Should have a strong background in copywriting or AI prompting SHOPIFY Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 1:00 PM CST (20 hours per week)$4 and up $6/hr. -** open for Experienced Talents & Corporate-experienced TalentsASAPInitiative-Taker Problem-Solver Independent Resourceful Detail-Oriented Strong Work Ethic Adaptable Collaborative I or C DISC Profile (preferred)Work Email Slack
