Social Media Manager (VA1)Managing all social media platforms Social Media Moderation responding to comments or messages, liking and commenting to sphere of influence Increasing brand awareness defining brand identity, identifying audience and platforms Developing an effective social media strategy creating and researching content, researching trends and market preferences, planning content pillars (e.g., educational, entertaining, inspirational, promotional), using a mix of formats such as Reels, stories, infographics, memes, polls, and long-form posts Scheduling posts and creating a content calendar Graphics and image editing using Canva or similar apps Additional Task Basic video editing repurposing videos, chopping clips and converting them for different platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and Stories, adding descriptions and captions on posts Experience and ProficiencyGood English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have social media management experience as a VA **IMPORTANT Should have basic video editing skills Experience with Canva and AI tools is a huge plus Experience in social media scheduling platform is a plus Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus Personality RequirementsOrganized Detail oriented Proactive Creative Personable Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration HoursMonday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST Engagement Compensation$3 and up/hr. -** open for a good mix of talentsExperienced Talents, Corporate-experienced, and Diploma/degree holders Engaged Talent CommunicationWork Email WhatsApp Engaged Talent Commencement DateASAP Final Alignment Session ScheduleThursday, 6th of November at 9:30 PST (11:30 AM CST) Onboarding Call Recording Link Schedule notes: • • Thursday, 6th of November at 9:30 PST (11:30 AM CST)
