Staff Accountant -Will play a pivotal role in our group's financial operations, using QBO & Bill.com systems. -Encompass a range of accounting tasks, including journal entry creation, support schedule2 preparation, and balance sheet reconciliation for assets and accruals, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). -Involved in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and fixed assets for multiple entities, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Accountant. -Involves contributing to process enhancements, documentation, and chart of accounts (COA) management. -Financial reporting accuracy, and internal control standards. Experience and Proficiency  Hold a Bachelors degree in Accounting. (preferred) Possess at least 5 years of advanced accounting experience. Preferably have expertise in U.S. accounting practices and regulations, Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability for end-to-end processes. Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and Google applications. Fluent in English. Prior experience with QBO and Bill.com is essential. Previous experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
