Appointment Setter (VA3)Prospecting and Outbound CallingMake outbound calls to expired listings and homeowner leads using RedEx with provided scripts Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and interest in selling or buying Communicate professionally to build rapport and identify potential opportunities Lead Follow-Up and Appointment SettingFollow up with homeowners to nurture interest and confirm appointments Record call results, mark converted leads, and send updates for follow-up Schedule appointments directly and provide details for the agents calendar CRM Management (Go High Level)Use Go High Level CRM to input new leads, update notes, and track communication Maintain accurate lead statuses and organize contacts for easy reference Log all qualified and converted leads in the CRM for follow-up and pipeline management Experience and ProficiencyExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have phone call handling either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT Should have CRM management experience **IMPORTANT Experience in using any cold calling software is a strong plus Personality RequirementsOrganized Proactive Resourceful Self-Starter / Independent Detail-Oriented Analytical / Problem Solver Creative / Innovative Strong Communicator Team-Oriented Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration HoursVA3: Monday to Friday (Anytime between 9:00 AM and not later than 7:00 PM EST)20 hours per week (Part-time initially and could grow into full time within 6-12 months) Engagement Compensation$4 and up/hr. -** open for a good mix of talentsExperienced Talents and Corporate-experienced only Engaged Talent CommunicationWork Email WhatsApp Engaged Talent Commencement DateASAP Final Alignment Session ScheduleVA3: Monday, 24th of November at 10:00 AM EST (9:00 AM CST) Onboarding Call Recording Link Schedule notes: Monday, 24th of November at 10:00 AM EST (9:00 AM CST)
