Appointment Setter (VA1)Cold Calling using provided scripts to reach interested customers, past clients, and warm inquiries. Qualify Leads by understanding customer needs, event type, order size, and timing. Set Appointments / Bookings and ensure all details are documented and confirmed in the calendar. Daily Prospecting for new client opportunities through incoming leads, past customer lists, and referral contacts. Multi-Channel Outreach to follow up with inquiries that haven’t responded or completed booking. Manage Social Media Leads by responding to messages quickly to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments or orders. Answer Questions / Provide Product Details based on provided scripts, FAQs, and service menus.
