Inside Sales Agent VA1 Cold calling (script will be provided) Qualifying leads Set appointments Send calendar invites and text confirmations for every confirmed appointment Track missed appointments Ensuring persistent follow-ups Inbound Calls Marketing-Generated Leads via HubSpot CRM Management (HubSpot) Updating notes and statuses Call & nurture past leads Answer follow up questions and other queries from past leads Call new inbound leads within 60 seconds of form submission (Speed-to-Lead) Clients detailed task list Experience and Proficiency Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have customer service or phone sales experience, either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT Should have graduated from college or have a degree if non-experienced and is coachable, doing the role **IMPORTANT Should have CRM management experience, preferably Hubspot Experience in Aircall and Cal.com is a huge plus Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST  Pay: $3 and up/hr. -** open for a good mix of talents Experienced Talents, Corporate-experienced, and Diploma/degree holders  Start Date: ASAP  Personality Requirements: Professional Empathetic Goal-oriented Straight to the point Confident Empathetic Proactive Resourceful Personable VA Communication Tools: Work Email Slack Whats app  NOTE:  ** Client is hiring 5 inside Sales Agent, all of them has the same FI date and Time.
