CRM Manager (VA1) Database management - Data entry, organization and cleanup, customization and set up Assist on back end ,technical support ,Fixing widgets Creating and executing CRM campaigns Building workflows to manage customer relationships Follow lead flow from beginning to end with the agents Ensure that all company leads have been contacted Analyzing customer data Send calendar links for appointments or meetings Daily Task Structure Beginning of Day: Log into all essential platforms: Buffini, Skyslope, Gmail, Max/Bold Trail, , Canva, Broker Bay Review Buffini for calls, notes, pop-bys, and campaign updates Maintain Top 50 list Examine Skyslope for pending transactions and deadlines Review Gmail for client communications and priorities Mid-Day: Schedule showings via Broker Bay Update transaction timelines Create and schedule social media posts Coordinate with vendors (title, appraisal, inspection) End of Day: Create property books and flyers Organize files in Google Drive Update Quicken with receipts Send end-of-day email to Carrie Behm Fallback Tasks: Experience and Proficiency Good English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have CRM management experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT Experience in using KVCore or any other CRM (FollowUpBoss) is huge plus Tools Max/Bold Trail Buffini Referral Maker Skyslope Gmail Canva Broker Bay ET Aligned Collaboration Hours:Monday to Friday, 11AM-2PM CST (20 hours per week) Part-time Engagement Compensation:$5-$6/ Hour Start Date:ASAP Personality Requirements: Eager to learn Self-starter Creative Collaborative Out of the box Organized Detail oriented Proactive Resourceful Personable Engaged Talent Communication Tools: Work Email WhatsApp To be replaced: Medardo Melo III Schedule notes: Thursday, November 13,2025, at 11:30 AM CST
