GoHighLevel Specialist (VA1)Manage and optimize the clients GoHighLevel accountOversee account setup and organization Ensure pipelines, campaigns, and automations are properly configured Build, set up, and manage automations, funnels, pipelines, and triggersCreate funnels for lead capture and conversion Configure pipelines for sales stages and client workflows Set up triggers to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., followups, reminders) Set up and manage campaignsBuild and launch email campaigns Configure SMS/text campaigns Manage followup sequences to nurture leads Build and manage courses inside GoHighLevelCreate and organize course modules using the membership/course builder Upload and structure lessons, videos, and resources Ensure smooth user experience for course participants Maintain and optimize CRM workflowsDesign workflows for lead capture, nurturing, and followup Monitor and adjust workflows for efficiency and accuracy Configure and integrate GoHighLevel with external toolsConnect calendars for scheduling and reminders Integrate email and SMS providers Sync with CRMs or marketing platforms as needed Troubleshoot and optimize system performanceIdentify and resolve automation or campaign errors Act as a GoHighLevel expert resource for problemsolving Ensure smooth daytoday operation of the platform Experience and ProficiencyGood English communication skills (written and verbal) Should be proficient in GoHighLevel, either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT Personality RequirementsOrganized Detail-oriented Proactive Resourceful Personable Self-Starter Analytical / Problem Solver Adaptable / Flexible Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration HoursMonday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM CST Part-time to start, and could go into a full-time role based on performance Engagement Compensation$5 and up/hr. -** open for Experienced Talents only Engaged Talent CommunicationWork Email WhatsApp Engaged Talent Commencement DateASAP Final Alignment Session ScheduleMonday, 15th of December at 9:00 AM CST Onboarding Call Recording Link Schedule notes: • Monday, 15th of December at 9:00 AM CST
