Digital Marketing Manager (VA1) Content Creation & Management Develop and schedule social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) Create and edit short-form videos using AI tools for basic trimming or chopping Design, build, and maintain social media profiles and activity Schedule and distribute content strategically across platforms Digital Campaigns & Advertising Manage and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns Execute email marketing and client follow-ups through Go High Level Social Media & Website Optimization Maintain and grow social media presence across all platforms Schedule and distribute content strategically to maximize engagement Optimize website and social content based on analytics and performance data Experience and Proficiency Good English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have digital marketing experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT Should have CRM management experience, preferably with GoHighLevel**IMPORTANT Should be proficient in using AI tools **IMPORTANT Personality Requirements Proactive Detail-Oriented Outgoing / Personable Creative / Innovative Strong Communicator Adaptable / Flexible Team-Oriented Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration Hours Monday.
