Appointment Setter (VA1)Cold calling (data, answers, and script will be provided)Qualifying leads Set appointments About 20 average calls per hour, with a target of at least 10% confirmed appointments Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources Calls, emails, or texts Call customers from leads, give information, and ask for a power bill Answering inquiries to convert leads to appointments CRM Management Updating notes and statuses Call & nurture past leadsAnswer follow-up questions and other queries from past leads Experience and ProficiencyExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have appointment setting experience, either from a corporate set-up or as a VA, is a plusClient is open to candidates in the "Non-Experienced" category, preferring someone eager to learn and train.
