Job DescriptionLead Generation Specialist (VA1)Primary Responsibilities (70% - Lead Generation Specialist) Lead Identification and Database Management:Evaluate and qualify leads Pull organic leads from different sites and sources Geo Farming Skip tracing Scrape data Create a list of contacts. Build and maintain targeted prospect databases using web scraping, research, and niche-specific criteria Outreach and Campaign Coordination:Campaign coordination Outbound outreach, including cold calling and appointment setting Making outbound calls (Initial prospecting) Text blasting Send an email to prospect clients Cold Outreach and Email Marketing Market Research and Reporting:Conducting research to find new leads (Platforms, marketing resources, etc.) Stay up-to-date on industry trends Niche research Analyze and report on lead generation performance metrics Reporting support CRM Management:Data entry Basic updating of information in the CRM system using GoHighLevel Additional Tasks (As needed):Get client reviews (Securing Online Reviews/Feedback) Financial Advisory Support (20%)Support financial advisory work, which is administrative support only Making PowerPoints Fundraising tech deck support, including forwarding and organizing materials Formatting and organizing content within provided templates to ensure it is coherent and aesthetically pleasing. The VA is not required to come up with a strategy or presentations Personal Admin (10%)Managing personal scheduling Booking flights Arranging accommodation (hotels/Airbnb) Organizing appointments Coordinating errands, such as grocery shopping Experience and ProficiencyExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Should have lead generation experience & admin back-end support either from a corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT Should have graduated from college or have a degree if non-experienced and is coachable, doing the role **IMPORTANT Familiarity with AI tools to support research, outreach, and productivity, such as ChatGPT Familiarity with image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney) Basic understanding of video generation using AI tools (e.g., InVideo) and providing prompts Familiarity with using GoHighLevel for basic updating of information or a similar tool/platform is acceptable Basic understanding and familiarity with video recording software like Loom, including how to log in, navigate, and playback videos Personality RequirementsOrganized Proactive Resourceful Self-Starter / Independent Detail-Oriented Analytical / Problem Solver Creative / Innovative Strong Communicator Adaptable / Flexible Engaged Talent Aligned Collaboration HoursMonday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM UAE timezone (30 hours per week) Engagement Compensation$4 and up/hr. -** open for a good mix of talentsExperienced Talents, Corporate-experienced, and Diploma/degree holders Engaged Talent CommunicationWork Email WhatsApp Engaged Talent Commencement DateASAP Final Alignment Session ScheduleMonday, 26th of January at 9:00 AM CST Onboarding Call Recording Link Schedule notes: • Monday, 26th of January at 9:00 AM CST
